1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "92pkrf", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operator of the 92pkrf platform accessible at https://92pkrf.app.
• "Platform" refers to the 92pkrf website, all associated web pages, mobile-accessible interfaces, casino games, sportsbook, account management tools, and any other services offered under the 92pkrf brand.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 92pkrf Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the individual registered account created by a Player upon successful completion of the 92pkrf registration process.
• "PKR" refers to Pakistani Rupees, the currency in which all 92pkrf transactions are denominated.
• "Bonus" refers to any promotional credit, free spin allocation, cashback offer, or other incentive made available by 92pkrf to Players from time to time.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times a Bonus amount must be wagered before it or any associated winnings may be withdrawn.

2. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and 92pkrf. Access to and use of the 92pkrf Platform is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. If you access the Platform without completing formal registration, you are still subject to these Terms to the extent applicable to non-registered users.

92pkrf reserves the right to refuse access to the Platform or to terminate any Account at its sole discretion, including where it reasonably suspects that a Player has provided false information during registration, is in breach of these Terms, or poses a risk to the integrity or security of the Platform.

3. Eligibility and Age Verification

Use of the 92pkrf Platform is strictly limited to persons who are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration. This age restriction is non-negotiable and applies to all Players regardless of their location within Pakistan or elsewhere.

By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you are at least 21 years of age. 92pkrf operates a strict age verification programme as part of its KYC process. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents to verify your age and identity:

• Valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC) issued by NADRA
• Valid Pakistani passport
• Any other government-issued photo identification document accepted by 92pkrf at its discretion

Where age verification cannot be completed to 92pkrf's satisfaction, the Platform reserves the right to suspend the Account, restrict withdrawals, and reverse any bonus amounts credited. Any PKR deposits made prior to the discovery of an age eligibility breach will be handled in accordance with applicable licensing requirements and may be forfeited.

In addition to age requirements, you must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law. You are solely responsible for determining whether your use of the 92pkrf Platform complies with the laws applicable in your jurisdiction.

4. Account Registration and Management

To access the full features of the 92pkrf Platform, you must register an Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as requested during the registration process. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if any details change.

Each individual may hold only one Account on the 92pkrf Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or device identifiers, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 92pkrf will close all associated accounts and may forfeit any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your 92pkrf login credentials, including your username and password.
• All activity that occurs under your Account, whether or not authorised by you.
• Notifying 92pkrf support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account.
• Ensuring that you log out of your Account at the end of each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.

92pkrf will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from 92pkrf that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

Accounts that remain inactive for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be subject to a dormancy administration fee in accordance with 92pkrf's dormancy policy in effect at the relevant time. Players will be notified before any such fee is applied. Accounts that remain inactive for an extended period beyond this threshold may be closed at 92pkrf's discretion, with any remaining balance returned to the Player via their registered payment method following successful KYC verification.

5. Deposits, Withdrawals, and PKR Transactions

All financial transactions on the 92pkrf Platform are denominated and processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 92pkrf supports the following payment methods for Pakistani Players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Raast, 1LINK interbank transfer, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and standard bank transfer. The availability of specific payment methods may vary from time to time at 92pkrf's discretion.

Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal amounts are displayed within your Account dashboard and may be subject to change. 92pkrf does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider or bank may apply their own charges which are beyond 92pkrf's control.

All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. 92pkrf reserves the right to request documentation including proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically possible, in accordance with anti-money laundering requirements.

92pkrf reserves the right to delay or decline any withdrawal request where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, or any other breach of these Terms. In such cases, 92pkrf may freeze the Account pending investigation and notify the Player accordingly.

Deposits made in error or duplicate deposits must be reported to 92pkrf support immediately. 92pkrf will make reasonable efforts to resolve such issues but cannot guarantee recovery of funds where the error is attributable to the Player's action or their payment provider.

6. Bonuses, Promotions, and Wagering Requirements

92pkrf may from time to time offer Bonuses to Players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards. All Bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions applicable to each individual promotion, which are published on the relevant promotional page on the Platform.

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 92pkrf promotions:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be satisfied before any winnings derived from Bonus funds may be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the Bonus amount unless otherwise specified.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain slot titles may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all. Contribution percentages are set out in the applicable promotion terms.
• Maximum bet limits apply when playing with an active Bonus. Bets exceeding the stated maximum while a Bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the Bonus and any associated winnings.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash outside of the wagering requirement completion process.

92pkrf reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any Bonus at any time and without prior notice where it reasonably suspects that the Bonus is being abused or that the Player has breached these Terms or the applicable promotion terms. Bonus abuse includes but is not limited to: coordinated wagering strategies, use of multiple accounts to claim a single Bonus, and low-risk wagering patterns designed to fulfil wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk.

7. Casino Games and Sports Betting Rules

All casino games offered on the 92pkrf Platform use certified random number generators (RNG) that have been independently tested and verified for fairness. Payout percentages for individual games are determined by the game developer and are available upon request. 92pkrf does not manipulate game outcomes in any way.

Sports betting markets, odds, and bet acceptance are managed by 92pkrf's sportsbook. The following conditions apply to all sports bets placed on the Platform:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation. Odds may change prior to confirmation due to market movements.
• 92pkrf reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious pricing error has occurred.
• In-play bets are subject to a short delay to prevent abuse of live data advantages.
• Any bet placed on an event whose outcome was known at the time of placement will be voided.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a casino game session or a sportsbook transaction, the outcome of the affected game round or bet will be determined in accordance with 92pkrf's technical malfunction policy. Where a fair determination cannot be made, the affected wager will be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's Account.

8. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion

92pkrf is committed to promoting responsible gaming and ensuring that access to the Platform remains a positive entertainment experience for all Pakistani Players. All Players are strongly encouraged to make use of the responsible gaming tools available within their Account settings, including:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly PKR deposit caps to manage your spending.
• Session time reminders: Receive notifications at intervals to monitor how long you have been playing.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily pause access to your Account for a defined period without permanent closure.

9. Prohibited Conduct and Fraud Prevention

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 92pkrf Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of any balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Creating more than one Account or assisting another person in creating a duplicate Account.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or other tool to interact with the Platform without prior written authorisation from 92pkrf.
• Colluding with other Players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or sports betting market.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse as described in Section 6 of these Terms.
• Attempting to access another Player's Account or interfering with the Platform's security systems.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing conduct towards 92pkrf staff or other Players.

92pkrf employs advanced fraud detection systems and cooperates fully with law enforcement and regulatory authorities in the investigation of suspected financial crime. Any funds identified as being associated with fraudulent activity will be frozen pending investigation and may be forfeited or returned to their legitimate source.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 92pkrf Platform, including but not limited to the 92pkrf brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, software, and data compilations, is the exclusive property of 92pkrf or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the 92pkrf Platform without the prior written consent of 92pkrf. Any unauthorised use of Platform content will constitute a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal liability.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 92pkrf and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of PKR funds resulting from technical malfunction, or interruption of service.

92pkrf's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of PKR deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

92pkrf does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 92pkrf makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, regarding the operation of the Platform or the information, content, or materials included thereon.

12. Privacy and Data Protection

92pkrf collects, processes, and stores personal data relating to Players in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions and is available at 92pkrf.app/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

92pkrf implements appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect Player data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. All data transmissions between your device and the 92pkrf Platform are encrypted using SSL/TLS technology.

13. Amendments to These Terms

92pkrf reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Where changes are material, 92pkrf will provide reasonable notice to Players via the registered email address associated with their Account or via a prominent notice on the Platform.

Continued use of the 92pkrf Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request closure of your Account in accordance with the account closure procedure described in your Account settings.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which 92pkrf holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including disputes relating to their existence, validity, interpretation, or performance, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

Prior to initiating any formal legal proceedings, Players are encouraged to raise any dispute with 92pkrf's support team in the first instance. 92pkrf commits to investigating all Player complaints fairly and providing a written response within a reasonable timeframe. Where a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process, Players may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority under whose licence 92pkrf operates.
